Graduate Inside Sales Representative w/ Native Level of German

This position is for a global company providing software solutions, hardware, and related services to consumers and business clients of all sizes. Currently, they are #1 and #2 in all of the diverse market segments in which they are active. You will become a sales expert on one of their most successful and innovative business lines.

Our client is looking for a motivated and target-oriented candidate who wants to join their Barcelona Hub.

Main Responsibilities

Providing sales services support in an assigned territory / account
Consistent maintaining a rolling sales pipeline
Proactively contacting existing customers (with little supervision)
Creating awareness and executing sales services to achieve revenue targets by quarter
Improving professional working relationships with the clients and seeking out new opportunities
Having customer-needs based conversations by addressing outbound and inbound calls

Core Skills/experience

Bachelor or Master´s degree, preferably in engineering or Business Administration (obtained within the last three years)
Experience in Sales or another client-oriented field is considered as a plus
Commercial mindset, results-driven and professional
Passionate about technology and sales
Dynamic, energetic, and approachable
Motivated, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Being able to work independently
Ability to actively listen to customer and to tailor messages to their needs
Team player with mentoring skills
Ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
Goal oriented (even under pressure) and self-driven
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
